Ken Myres - President
Ken Myres is President of Tony Roma’s. Prior to his appointment as President, Mr. Myres served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since July, 2007.
Prior to joining Tony Roma’s in May of 2001, Mr. Myres was Vice President of Franchise Development and Operations for Fired Up, Inc. the parent company and franchisor of Johnny Carinos based in Austin, Texas. Mr. Myres was also Vice President of Franchise Development for various divisions of the Metromedia Restaurant Group in Dallas Texas. He was responsible for starting the franchise program for Bennigan’s and sold the first Bennigan’s franchise to the Tong Yang group in South Korea. That group became the largest casual theme restaurant company in South Korea.
Mr. Myres held a number of officer and executive positions with other major franchise retail, hospitality and restaurant companies including Blockbuster in Dallas and Jack-In-The-Box in San Diego, CA.
Mr. Myres started his business career in public accounting, first joining Arthur Young and Company in Chicago after graduating from Indiana University.
Mr. Myres lives in Richardson, Texas with his wife Debbie and has three children.
Bradley Smith - Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer

Brad has over 26 years of experience in the Restaurant industry, having acted as the International Director of Franchise Operations for Johnny Carino's, Lone Star Steakhouse and Saloon, Olive Garden, and Red Lobster. These opportunities have allowed Mr. Smith and his family to live in two countries and 18 cities!
Over the years, Brad has held various positions within the community, including serving on various Chamber of Commerce Committees, the National Restaurant Association, and the Board of the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association.
Brad has been at Tony Roma's for 9 years is currently the Chief Operating Officer.
Bob Gallagher - Vice President of Culinary and Purchasing
Chef Gallagher has been practicing in culinary delights with restaurants for more than twenty years. He began his career after attending the University of Central Oklahoma, where he was a Nutrition and Food Science Major. His experience speaks for itself as he has worked with various multi-unit chain restaurants in the United States where he was responsible for concept development and food innovation. During his time in the restaurant industry Chef Gallagher has opened more than thirty-five new restaurants and has been trained as an instructor by the National Restaurant Association for the Servsafe program.
Since Joining Tony Roma's in 2006, he has made a significant impact in areas across the system including menu engineering, new products and more. Chef Gallagher is always looking to innovate and add new menu items. He is responsible for years of success at Tony Roma's by creating innovative recipes and utilizing new cooking techniques that are celebrated all over the world. His introductions of trends are well before the industry begins to talk about these trends!
Jessie Bray - Vice President of Training and Human Resources

Jessie has been with Tony Roma's for 5 years, and was recently promoted to the position of VP of Training. He's been in the restaurant industry for 17 years, over 10 of which were at Tumbleweed Southwest Grill.
Jessie started at Tumbleweed Southwest Grill as a dishwasher, and worked his way to the Director of Training in six years.
On his free time, he loves to spend time with his family, and paint with acrylics... we had no idea.
John Brisco - Chief Development Officer

John has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry having acted as the President of International Development for Ruby Tuesdays and Vice President of International Development for TGI Fridays. With numerous international positions, John understands other cultures around the world.
Prior to joining the Tony Roma’s restaurant chain, he was a General Operating Partner for FJ Restaurants, LTD where he helped develop and operate two Flakey Jake’s Restaurants in Texas.
Mr. Brisco found a love for the hospitality industry while living in Bad-Orb, Germany where he owned and managed the Villa Rheingold.
Kendall Helfenbein - MBA,CPA

Mr. Helfenbein has over 30 years of experience as a highly competitive, high energy financial professional with Big 4 and Fortune 500 experience including 18 years as the CFO of a $150 million group of privately owned companies. In May of 2012 Kendall joined Romacorp, Inc. where he has made an immediate positive impact. Kendall has successfully increased the speed of internal reporting from two months to two weeks, while reorganizing the accounting and corporate administration departments to be much more efficient.
Prior to joining the Tony Roma’s restaurant chain, Kendall was a financial executive and consultant. While acting as CFO, Secretary and Treasurer for Block Management, LLC in Dallas Texas Mr. Helfenbein held primary responsibilities for insurance, risk management, treasury, cost control and budgeting.
Jim Rogers - Chief Marketing Officer
Jim Rogers was appointed Chief Marketing Officer of Tony Roma’s in June 2014. Jim has nearly 25 years of domestic and international marketing and general management experience in the restaurant and CPG industries. Prior to joining Tony Roma’s, Jim held senior level marketing positions at The Procter & Gamble Company, The Coca-Cola Company, Wachovia Bank, and Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, most recently serving as Vice President of International Marketing and General Manager - Latin America for Krispy Kreme. Jim obtained a BA in Economics and an MBA in Marketing & Finance from The University of Notre Dame. He enjoys international travel and has had the opportunity during his career to travel to more than 50 countries and visit Tony Roma’s restaurants in Asia, the Middle East and Latin America. Jim lives in Orlando, Fl. with his wife Beth and son Chris.
